I ordered Eva’s birthday cake from this bakery after seeing their work and honestly, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The cake I received looked nothing like the reference image on the website — except for the basic shape. The finishing, details, overall aesthetic, and even the birthday message/tag on the cake were messy and poorly done. For a celebration cake, presentation matters, and this did not meet expectations at all.
Communication was equally frustrating. After placing the order, my queries went unanswered for hours until I finally texted saying I wanted to cancel the order — only then did I immediately get a call back. But when they needed something from my side, even a minute’s delay would result in repeated calls. The lack of professionalism and inconsistent communication made the whole process stressful instead of exciting.
For a cake costing ₹1700, I genuinely expected much better quality, attention to detail, and customer service. Sadly, the entire experience was not worth the price.
Edited — After posting this review, I continuously received calls despite clearly saying I could not talk and requested them to message instead. The purpose of the calls was to ask me to remove the review.
Honestly, this explains why customers get misled by seeing only positive reviews online. I trusted those reviews too and expected good service, but now it feels like negative reviews are pressured into being removed while only the good ones are left visible.
