    Shipping Destinations

    We currently ship within the following regions:

    Domestic: All across India

    Please note that there are certain remote areas with limited delivery options. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly.

    Processing Time

    Order Processing: We process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM IST for Same-day, Midnight, and Morning Delivery.

    Shipping Methods and Costs

    • Standard Delivery: This is a standard delivery where your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, based on your location. We charge a nominal fee of Rs. 200.
    • Morning Delivery: This delivery option allows you to get your delivery the next day or any other day in the morning hours. We charge a nominal fee of Rs. 300.
    • Midnight Delivery: This option allows you to get your delivery at midnight on the same day or any other day. We charge a nominal fee of Rs. 350.00.

    Please note that the delivery fee may vary based on location.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

    Standard Delivery: Choose from any 4-hour slot during the day. Delivery time is between 10:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 18:00, 18:00 – 22:00

    Morning Delivery: Delivery between 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. on the chosen delivery date

    Midnight Delivery: Delivery between 11:00 and 11:59 p.m. on the chosen delivery date.

    Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to track your order.

    Shipping Restrictions

    Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on the destination. Besides, deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas.

    Failed Delivery Attempts

    If a delivery attempt fails, we will attempt delivery once more. If unsuccessful, the order will be considered completed. There will be no refunds for this order.

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. We’ll also arrange for a replacement or refund. Visit our page, Returns and Refunds, for more details.
